Dabangga

Yes the time has come I can write abt my awaited music of  "Dabangga".There was a huge Music Release Party in Delhi on 6th of August. And the composers Sajid-Wajid and Lalit Pandit were present at the ceremony.Coming to our point Our Melody Queen has spread her sweet voice in Dabanga also for the composers Sajid-Wajid.She has got two tracks in the Album. One titled "Chori Kiya Re Jiya" is duet sung by the best duet duo Sonu and Shreya. The second song is again the Teri Ore hit pair Rahat ji and Shreya titled "Tere Mast Mast Do Nain".
1. Tere Mast Mast Do Nain...
"Taakte Rehte Tujhko Saanjh Savere" what a fabulous start of the song by Rahat Ji.Firstly I should tell some history of the song. The song was composed by Sajid-Wajid sometimes earlier for Salman Khan but Salman told he will use this song where it will fit best and for Dabanga he found it to be the best script for this song. The song actually has three versions. One a solo by Rahat ji, another a duet by Rahat ji and Shreya and third a remix version again by Rahat ji.So we will go for the duet version. As I hav said what a fabulous start of the song and with the Mukhra and 1st Antra Rahat ji continued and then with 2nd Antra Shreya comes behind the mic.Again what a mindblowing start by Shreya "Tujhse Suru Hui Tujhpe Hi Khatma Ho Duniya Meri Duniya Duniya Meri" What a fabulous singing and a amzing composition.I will say U all that U all should go for the song.So for U all I m leaving the song...
Tere Mast Mast Do Nain...

2. Chori Kiya Re Jiya...
Again what a fabulous start by Sonu..."Sachi Sachi Teri Nazarein Ek Darpan..." This is what I call a complete Romantic track. After "Don't Say Alvida" this is another time when Sajid-Wajid with Sonu and Shreya has created magic. And the line "Pal Bhar Mein Tune To Chori Kiya Re Jiya More Piya" by Shreya will surely take out ur heart. So I will not talk much but let U all listen this track. And till my next comeback Keep Listening Shreya Ghoshal.

We Are Family

Shankar Ehshaan Loy hav come up with there new music of the Karan Johar's upcoming movie "We Are Family".The music has been released on 2nd Aug and I m here for the tracks in the Album which has been sung by "Shreya Ghoshal".As Shreya has always been the first choice for the female playback in SEL's compositions.Shreya has given her voice to two songs of the Album. One titled "Ankhon Mein Neendein" is a duet of Shreya & Rahat ji and second titled "Hamesha & Forever" is also a duet but of Shreya and Sonu Nigam.
Coming to the songs...........

1. Ankhon Mein Neendein...
This song I will say is just a one shot dose.Just U hav to listen it once then after U will get attached to it.Again the "Teri Ore" hit pair Shreya and Rahat ji.The song is 5 min 3 sec long and the start is so good that it will not  make U leaving the track. The Sargam that Shreya and Rahat ji has sang is just outstanding. It starts like "SaNi SaNi SaGa Re.....SaNi SaNi SaGa Re.....SaNi SaNi SaGa GaMaMa Re..........ReReReRe PaMa .....ReReReRe MaGa.....ReReReRe NiDa NiSa" and just these line will make U follow this track further. Then after the song starts and both Shreya and Rahat ji has created a  romantic feel in the song. The lines starting the Antra by Shreya are somewhat modulated just like in "Tere Naina" in CC2C.One another line which will stuck to ur heart is "Hobhi Jara Chaahat Sada Hi Sarfiri Ankhon Se Ho Ankhon Pe Ye Jadugari".This line has been after each Antra and I just loved the way both of them sang this just lovely. The Sargam part and these lines lead the whole song.I will not say more If I will start I can't stop myself saying this song marvelous fantastic and just Awesome singing. The remaining I hav left for U all must listen this song.
And For U all....

Ankhon Mein Neendein...

2. Hamesh and Forever...
This track is a duet the best combo Shreya and Sonu. The lyrics is ultimate and the song starts with Sonu's voice with a soul feel. After the first Antra Shreya catches the mic.Shreya has only four lines in the Antra as the song is not so long and these lines are just grt. Both Shreya and Sonu has given their soul to the song. And I m sure this track will also catch up the charts and will be liked by the audiance. So I will say that U should listen the tracks and enjoy. And Keep Listening Shreya Ghoshal.
 And For U all...

Hamesha and Forever...

Will meet U next with upcoming releases of Shreya in Dabanga and Robot hindi version.Till then Keep Listening Shreya Ghoshal.

Revelling in success - An Article(THE HINDU)

At the age of 4, she accompanied her mom on harmonium. A few years later, the shy kid floored Sanjay Leela Bhansali on popular television talent show with her mellifluous voice instantly becoming the choice to be Paro's voice in Devdas. With four national awards for best female playback singing already in her kitty, Shreya Ghoshal has come a long way. From Bairi Piya bada bedardi to hip-shaking songs in Om Shanti Om to sultry numbers in Jism, this Bengali girl next-door has the versatility that ranges from the raunchy to romance.
“After Devdas, people started branding me as someone who can croon only serious songs. But I begged to differ and went about doing seductive numbers such as Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai. I was the first choice for soft and slow tracks, but then with Yeh Ishq hai number from Jab We Met things are on the fast track,” says Shreya who was in town for the friendship concert, which was her first public performance in the city.
Despite a late night recording, Shreya didn't mind to give this interview. “The fun we have in recording studio is stuff of envy for non-singers. Seriously, we have a rocking time in the studios. This was my first public performance and it was great fun. I have earlier performed in the city for corporate events.”
Daughter of a scientist father who works in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Shreya does not have any musical lineage although her mother had love for music. In fact, her family is full of top-notch academicians. “I grew up in a non-musical family of doctors, scientists and engineers but fortunately my family allowed me to pursue my passion for music else I would have ended up researching in a laboratory,” giggles Shreya.
But with singing playing a major role in her life, Shreya's studies has completely taken a back seat.
“I was enrolled in the Science stream earlier when my singing kept me busy I shifted to arts. And that's how I had my first tryst with literature. I developed the habit of reading books and now I a big time fiction and non-fiction reader,” says Shreya
Recollecting the days when she started singing Shreya says, “I was 13 when I recorded my first music album. I never performed anywhere until I was 18. When people goaded me to perform on stage I would refuse because none of them were my songs. But at 18, I performed live. Music and reading books is perhaps in my genes. My mom studied literature and loved singing.”
Besides Hindi, she has sung in other regional languages including Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi, Assamese, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada and won acclaim in all these languages. Oriya, is the only language she is yet to open her innings in. When her fans compare her with the ‘Nightingale of India', Shreya is at once humbled. “It is their love that makes them compare me to Lataji. But I have a long way to go.” Shreya doesn't have the typical Bengali sweet tooth, but yearns to have her favourite fish curry with rice cooked by her mom. “I am a foodie who naturally loves Bengali food. I love cooking and when I am home I make myself busy in the kitchen whenever I get an opportunity.”

Kadal Anukkal(Endhiran-The Robot)

I m very happy that I hav no time for listening and posting review of the songs of Shreya.U all are thinking why I m saying like this but sorry to confuse but this is not because I m too busy these days but these days Sheya is giving back to back releases in Tamil, Telghu, Kannad, Bollywood , Bengali. So I m just busy in listening these too many songs at a time so I m a little bit little bit late in posting the songs. But I m very happy abt this.
Coming to the very much awaited music release of A R Rahman's "Endhiran-The Robot"(Tamil) starring Rajnikant & Aishwarya Rai which released last week. And where there is the Maestro A R Rahman, Shreya has to be there for female vocals. As expected Shreya has a duet titled "Kadal Anukkal" in the movie with Vijay Prakash. The song is starts with vocals of Vijay Prakash and the main beats starts after a minute.Shreya takes the mic after 1 min 13 sec and U will just say wow what a sweet voice she has.In the second Antra which starts at 4 min & 15 sec Shreya has just modulated her voice and what a fantastic rendering. Both Shreya & Vijay Prakashhav done a grt job and what to say of Rahman sir.He is just amazing. The movie has a hindi version also titled "Robot". I think the compositions are same as that of Ravana only the lyrics will be different. In hindi version lyrics has been given by the famous lyricist "Swanand Kirkire" and the track of Shreya is titled "Pyaara Tera Gussa Bhi", and this is a duet of "Shreya & Mohit Chauhan".The song has a telghu version also sung by Shreya & Vijay Prakash.Waiting for the music release, Will come with the Hindi version. So its now ur time to listen to the song.Keep Listening Shreya Ghoshal.

Kadal Anukkal...

Chita Pata Pata(Matthe Mungaaru)

As I hav said earlier also that Shreya has now became the Lead Female Playback Singer in Kannad Music Industry same as she is Bollywood. The time has came that Shreya is present in almost all the Kannad Music releasing these days. There is no doubt that she is the only Female Playback Singer leading in almost all the languages she is singing. And I think no language is left for her voice.Shreya has become the Queen of Melody in all regions.Keep it up Shreya.
Coming to her recent Kannad release from the movie “Matthe Mungaaru” titled “Chita Pata Pata”, music composed by  X Paul Raj . This track of the album is a duet of Shreya & Kartik. This song starts with beats which seems something of Rahman type but soon after the illusion goes off. This 4 min 53 sec track is a complete mixture of good melody and sweet voices of Kartik & Shreya. The music between the Antra’s are beautiful. And also start and end of Antra’s are just awesome. After listening the whole song 4 or 5 times I understood only the line “Pal Pal Har Pal”.But Shreya from the beginning of her career in Kannad music is so  confident that If U do not know she is not a Kannad U can’t get it from her singing.I should actually not saying this as I do not understand southindian pronuntiations and lyrics but I hav heard this from experts who listen very minutely the Lyrics.God Bless Shreya and make her Queen of Melody in every Language. For U I m posting this song must listen it and Keep Listening Shreya Ghoshal.
