Here is an small Article posted by Derek Beres on her Awards.

Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal is no stranger to awards. Since winning the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa contest, she has worked on over 140 films in nine languages, winning the Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer four times, as well as winning National Film Awards the same number of times. It was for the song 'Chandhu Thottille' that she was recently handed a Kerala State Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer, bringing her total to 31 awards.

The song was featured in the movie 'Banaras,' in which a village boy, played by Vineeth, falls in love with a village girl (Navya Nair), but leaves his love behind to study at Banaras Hindu University. There he falls in love again (with Kavya Madhavan), and under the influence of bhang, the two have an illicit affair, which later results in a son. The romantic triangle results in the death of Nair's character, and the eventual reunion of Vineeth and Madhavan.
